In keeping with the physical distancing regulation, we will still be able to provide printing services as normal. For most orders, we will dispatch your order between 24 hours ~ 36 hours. However, couriers may take longer than normal to deliver items, so please be patient.
Phone support / Online chat
Our Customer Support staff are now working from home, which means our phone support might not be available for most members. However, you can still chat with us as normal. If you need help with anything, you can click ‘We Are Here!’ (Green icon) at the right bottom of any webpage.
